The verdict desk · directories judged against each other

We review our own software.

That is the first thing you should know about this site, so it is the first thing on the page. Everything below is what we do about it.

The conflict

reviews.com.im is published by the team behind labs.llc. The three properties reviewed here — the dentist register, the doctors register and the clinician relay — are built by that same team. Nobody paid for a review, because there is nobody to pay: no advertising runs on this site, no affiliate links appear on it, and no listing on any of the reviewed properties can be bought. But the reviewer and the builder share a roof, and no amount of process makes that disappear. Read the scores as an internal audit published in the open, not as an independent one.

What we do about it

Eight rules, and they are the ones worth holding us to.

1 · The criteria come first
All six are published on the front page before any score. They are the same six for every property and they do not move between reviews.
2 · Every number is measured, and timed
Figures come from plain public requests to the live property, paced a few seconds apart, and each review records the UTC minute the figure was taken. Where the source tree and the live site disagreed, the live site won.
3 · Every review names a real shortcoming
Not a stylistic quibble — something specific, reproducible and worth fixing. So far: a register with no addresses for the region its front page opens on; a country page listing one city twice under two spellings; a directory with no URL for any answer it gives.
4 · Scores can be low
The lowest awarded so far is 0 out of 5, for addressability, to one of our own properties.
5 · No rating markup, ever
This site emits no Review, AggregateRating or ratingValue structured data of any kind. The scores are visible numbers in an HTML table, for you. Turning a self-published score into a star in somebody else's search result is exactly the move this disclosure exists to rule out.
6 · No medical content
These are software reviews. Nothing here is medical advice, none of the reviewed properties gives any, and this desk makes no claim about anyone's health, diagnosis or treatment. Where a property refuses to answer a medical question, we score the refusal as a strength.
7 · Real screenshots only
Every illustration is a capture this desk took of the live property, at a stated time, with analytics endpoints blocked at the network layer so the picture is not itself a tracking event. No stock photography, no placeholder imagery, no charts drawn from numbers nobody measured.
8 · Corrections are public
If a figure here is wrong, write to labs@labs.llc and it will be corrected on the page with the correction noted, not quietly edited.

One thing this desk will not let pass

Rx.Luxury, the desk that houses the clinician relay, also contains an imaging lab. It is a viewer: it reads an uncompressed DICOM file in your browser, lets you window and level it and page through slices. It does not interpret an image, does not detect a finding, does not produce a report, and there is no automated reading of any kind anywhere in it. If you ever see that property described as though it reads scans for you — here or anywhere else — the description is wrong and we would like to know where you saw it.

Links, data and contact

Links from these reviews to the properties they review are ordinary links and carry no tracking parameters. The publisher link in the footer of every page carries rel="nofollow", because a site that reviews its own publisher should not be passing itself ranking signal. The one piece of JavaScript this desk ships is a counter: Google Analytics 4, property G-802M08519F, which is this site's own property and holds no other site's id. It counts a page view, an approximate country, a device class and the referrer that sent you, and it sets its own cookies to do it. It is handed no name and no address, there is no form on this site to give it one, and the scorecards render exactly the same with it blocked — a page that reports a number ought to be able to show you that number without running anything.

The only contact address for this site, and for every property reviewed on it, is labs@labs.llc.
